What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Superintendent to support daily field operations and assist in successfully executing construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors, monitor project progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and quality expectations.
What You Need for this Position
Construction Management or Engineering Degree is Preferred
4+ years of experience with a General Contractor in a Superintendent capacity
Project experience of $40M+
Experience working with some sort of elevated concrete is highly desired
Experienced with new construction
Understanding/Experienced with Procore
