Specialized Airside Construction Firm Seeking APM or Project Engineer - Atlanta, GA
The largest and most experienced specialty airside construction firm in the U.S. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This individual will support the delivery of complex airside aviation construction programs at airports nationwide. While experience in either airside or landside environments is considered, the majority of this firm's work is airside - and that context is important for candidates to understand going in.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in aviation construction required; airside experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
Proficiency in construction management software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Responsibilities:
Supporting project managers in overseeing airside aviation construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and airport stakeholders to ensure schedule and budget compliance
Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Conducting site visits and progress reporting
Collaborating with senior project leadership on risk mitigation and project planning
