What you will be doing

• Architect and orchestrate state-compliant IEPs that empower rather than restrict
• Transform virtual learning through creative accommodation strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Current Arizona resident with valid state Special Education certification
• 3+ years of hands-on IEP development and management experience
• Proven track record in SPED accommodation coordination and compliance
• Demonstrated success working with middle-grade students (ages 8-14)
• Natural on-camera presence and excellent virtual communication abilities
• Available to begin July 2025
• Adaptable mindset and comfort with educational technology
