In this capacity, you will harness AI tools to design and optimize our school campus model, deploy AI systems for operational management, and drive continuous improvements in long-term processes. You'll also oversee the construction of new campuses, managing collaborations with contractors and ensuring adherence to regulations for timely and budget-compliant occupancy certification.


What you will be doing

  • Deploying AI-based systems for day-to-day operations and enhancing long-term processes
  • Creating and optimizing scalable franchise models using AI technologies
  • Managing campus construction projects from initial planning to final occupancy certification


What you will NOT be doing

  • Directly mentoring or supervising teaching staff
  • Regularly interacting with students and parents
  • Designing educational curricula or instructional models


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy an AI-driven operational strategy utilizing predictive analytics and real-time monitoring to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and uniformity across all campuses


Candidate Requirements

  • Residency in North America
