Outreach and Admissions Manager, The Novatio School - $100,000/year USD

What you will be doing

• Leading dynamic virtual and in-person events to introduce Novatio to families across Arizona.
• Providing personalized guidance to parents throughout the admissions journey, from initial interest to successful enrollment.
• Acting as the primary contact for enrolled families, addressing their questions and concerns with care.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with community partners and influencers to build trust and awareness.
• Championing Novatio’s innovative, family-first, AI-driven model with passion and persuasion.

What you will NOT be doing

• Handling academic operations or managing instructional staff.
• Engaging in scripted interactions or cold outreach; this role centers on authentic relationship-building.
• Remaining confined to a desk; this position is dynamic, interactive, and outward-facing.
• Advocating for conventional education methods; Novatio is distinctly innovative, and so are you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead community outreach and admissions initiatives to drive student enrollment and retention, ensuring families feel supported and connected to Novatio School.

Candidate Requirements

• Reside in Arizona with the flexibility to travel statewide for family and community events.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Over 3 years of experience in school or educational leadership, encompassing team management and operational oversight.
• Demonstrated success in leading family engagement, enrollment growth, or community partnership projects.
• Proficient in virtual learning tools, data systems, and digital communication platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively present to diverse family and stakeholder groups.
• Commitment to Novatio’s 2 Hour Learning model, AI-driven instruction, and family-first values.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or cultural competence with Arizona’s Latino-Hispanic communities.
• Experience in charter, online, or alternative school environments.
• Previous success as a founding school leader or within rapidly growing education settings.
