What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities
Lead the charge in enhancing student English and Language Arts achievements through AI-powered analysis and execution, achieving a twofold increase in skill mastery across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis at various grade levels within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
- Over three years of experience in teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with a proven track record in improving learning outcomes
- Fundamental coding skills in any programming language
- Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying intricate English/Language Arts concepts to diverse audiences in a professional environment
