What you will be doing

• Utilizing AI to discover trends in student reading and writing data, transforming these insights into innovative strategies that redefine English language teaching and literary analysis.
• Creating AI-driven tools tailored to individual learning preferences, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis accessible for all students.
• Developing dynamic, real-time learning pathways that guide learners from phonics to complex text analysis, ensuring personalized progression.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the boundaries of language education, impacting the educational journey of countless students.
• Turning classic and contemporary literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but also inspire a love for reading and writing.

• Engaging in the management of conventional English curriculums or handling mundane administrative duties—this position focuses on innovation and strategic advancements in language arts education within our accelerated model.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the charge in enhancing student English and Language Arts achievements through AI-powered analysis and execution, achieving a twofold increase in skill mastery across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis at various grade levels within our groundbreaking 2 Hour Learning model.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
• Over three years of experience in teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with a proven track record in improving learning outcomes
• Fundamental coding skills in any programming language
• Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying intricate English/Language Arts concepts to diverse audiences in a professional environment
