What you will be doing

Step into a role where you'll:

• Architect and deliver world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
• Design and develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that become the gold standard for educational excellence
• Champion continuous improvement through strategic coaching and actionable feedback
• Lead by example as you mentor a select group of students, showcasing the power of expert facilitation

Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to cultivate and lead a team of exceptional Guides who will masterfully implement the Alpha system, setting new benchmarks in educational excellence and student achievement.

Candidate Requirements

Your toolkit should include:

• A Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
• 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or similar fields
• A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
• Exceptional team leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and developing high achievers
• Significant experience working with students aged 5-18
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improvement
• Ability to work at our Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL locations
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
