Candidate Requirements

• AI-First Orientation (if your instinct is to code first and use AI tools second, this role may not be suitable)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing impactful initiatives as a software engineer
• Knowledge of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven experience in deploying Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative results
