Job description

Step into a pioneering role where you can redefine the admissions landscape at a school that's transforming education. At 2 Hour Learning, we've revolutionized the learning process, enabling students to excel academically in just two hours per day through AI-driven personalized education. This innovative approach liberates time for developing life skills, fostering creativity, and nurturing personal growth. Our students not only achieve academic excellence but also develop a lifelong love for learning, surpassing their peers in traditional settings.

Join us in crafting a personalized admissions experience for families exploring a cutting-edge, result-oriented alternative to conventional education. At 2 Hour Learning, you will have the autonomy to create engaging and customized admissions processes, free from the bureaucratic constraints typical of private schools. Your contributions will directly influence enrollment, providing ample room for your ideas to blossom.

If you've ever envisioned a more effective way to connect with families and highlight what truly matters, this is your opportunity to bring that vision to life.

Why This Role Will Enthuse You:

  • An Innovative School Model: Showcase a learning model that doubles the pace of education, eliminates traditional teaching, and prioritizes real-life skills development.
  • Unique Ownership Opportunity: Unlike typical roles in private education, you'll have the liberty to shape and perfect the admissions process to achieve optimal results.
  • A Meaningful Mission: Join a team dedicated to proving that students can achieve both academic and personal success without sacrificing joy.

Are you prepared to lead an admissions process that truly makes a difference for students and their families? Let's connect.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the Admissions Journey: Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, guiding them through a seamless application process and addressing their inquiries with expertise.
  • Create Memorable First Impressions: Organize school tours, open houses, and information sessions that vividly demonstrate how our innovative model accelerates learning while allowing time for life skills development.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor admissions metrics using HubSpot and SIS, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership for more informed outreach strategies.
  • Enhance Our Playbook: Regularly update admissions FAQs and SOPs to ensure clarity and consistency in all interactions.
  • Foster Meaningful Connections: Engage with prospective families with empathy and understanding, ensuring their admissions experience is both smooth and memorable.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Enduring Slow Bureaucratic Processes: Enjoy the flexibility to act swiftly, experiment, and enhance the admissions experience without cumbersome approval layers.
  • Overseeing a Large Administrative Team: This position focuses on leading the admissions process independently rather than managing a large team.
  • Adhering to Rigid Scripts: Each family is unique, and your interactions will be tailored to their individual needs, not dictated by pre-set scripts.
  • Clinging to Outdated Methods: You'll have the freedom to innovate and refine admissions processes based on feedback and results.

Key Responsibilities

Boost enrollment conversions by delivering a high-touch admissions experience that transforms inquiries into passionate and engaged families.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic settings, with a proven record of driving enrollment growth.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Executive presence with a polished and professional demeanor, inspiring confidence in audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple families, campuses, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and SIS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Veracross) with experience in maintaining accurate data records.
  • A history of providing exceptional client-facing service.
  • Must reside in Austin, TX, or be willing to relocate, with the ability to travel up to 20% within the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in private school admissions, especially with high-net-worth families.
  • Background in sales or marketing with a focus on storytelling and relationship-building.
  • Knowledge of mastery-based or alternative education models.
