What you will be doing

• Develop and execute high-impact training programs that transform Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
• Create and iterate on comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices and ensure consistent excellence
• Deliver targeted, data-driven coaching that measurably improves Guide performance and student outcomes
• Lead by example through hands-on mentoring of student cohorts, demonstrating advanced coaching techniques

What you will NOT be doing

• Creating traditional curriculum - our adaptive technology handles the content, you focus on developing exceptional facilitators
• Compromising on excellence - we maintain rigorous standards and expect 100% mastery
• Running passive training sessions - you'll deliver dynamic, experiential learning experiences that transform Guide performance

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in education, L&D, or professional coaching
• Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative training programs
• Exceptional leadership abilities with evidence of building high-performing teams
• Substantial experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
• Must be able to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship required
