What you will be doing

• Train and develop Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence
• Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks outlining best facilitation practices, engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming challenges
• Provide regular, impactful feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success
• Personally mentor a select group of students, demonstrating top-notch coaching and motivational techniques

What you will NOT be doing

• Writing lesson plans – your role is to train Guides who facilitate learning through adaptive apps
• Compromising standards – uphold our 100% passing grade expectation
• Delivering monotonous training – engage Guides through lively, hands-on development sessions

Key Responsibilities

Guide and develop a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with world-class excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to cultivate, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Experience with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Proficient in data analysis and using metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Prepared to work on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
