What you will be doing

Your Role as an Educational Innovation Leader:

• Empower and elevate our Guide team through cutting-edge training programs and developmental coaching
• Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the gold standard for learning facilitation
• Transform Guide performance through strategic, data-driven feedback and mentorship
• Lead by example as you mentor a select group of students, showcasing the art of exceptional coaching

Candidate Requirements

Your Path to Success Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline - we value diverse educational backgrounds
• 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching
• Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
• Exceptional team leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and developing others
• Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Commitment to working on-site in Tampa or West Palm Beach, FL
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
