What you will be doing

• Organizing and leading both virtual and live events to introduce Novatio School to families throughout Arizona.
• Guiding parents through a seamless admissions process, from initial interest to final enrollment.
• Acting as the chief liaison for enrolled families, addressing their inquiries and providing support.
• Fostering enduring relationships with community leaders and influencers to build trust and awareness.
• Championing Novatio's innovative, family-centric, AI-powered education model.

What you will NOT be doing

• Overseeing academic operations or managing teaching staff.
• Adhering to rigid scripts or engaging in cold outreach; this role thrives on building genuine relationships.
• Being confined to a desk; this is a dynamic, interactive, and outward-focused position.
• Advocating for conventional education methods; Novatio takes pride in its unconventional approach, and so should you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the charge in increasing student enrollment and retention by spearheading community outreach, admissions processes, and parent engagement, ensuring families feel valued and connected to Novatio School.

Candidate Requirements

• Reside in Arizona with the capacity to travel statewide for family and community engagements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in educational leadership, including team management and operational oversight.
• Demonstrated success in spearheading family engagement, enrollment growth, or community partnership initiatives.
• Proficient in utilizing virtual learning tools, data systems, and digital communication platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to effectively present to diverse families and stakeholders.
• Strong alignment with Novatio’s 2 Hour Learning model, AI-driven instruction, and family-first principles.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or cultural competency with Arizona’s Latino-Hispanic communities.
• Experience in charter, online, or alternative school environments.
• Proven track record as a founding school leader or in rapidly growing educational settings.
