Job description
Are you an innovative school leader who's tired of the red tape but still passionate about revolutionizing education? This opportunity might be your calling.
Join Novatio School as we redefine education with our AI-driven 2 Hour Learning model. We empower students to excel in core subjects in just two hours daily, freeing up time for family, hobbies, and exploration. As a fully virtual, accredited institution, we prioritize family-centric learning.
We're seeking a dynamic Arizona-based education leader to represent us statewide. You'll foster trust with families, facilitate events, guide them through admissions, and become a key advocate post-enrollment. Your leadership experience will help families see the value in choosing Novatio for their child's education.
Ideal for those who prefer leading actively rather than from behind the desk, this role leverages your voice, credibility, and zeal for personalized learning to make a significant impact. If this resonates with you, we want to connect.
What you will be doing
- Organizing both virtual and in-person events to introduce Novatio to families across Arizona.
- Guiding parents personally through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Acting as the main contact for enrolled families, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Fostering enduring relationships with community partners and local influencers to build trust and awareness.
- Championing Novatio's innovative, family-first educational approach.
What you will NOT be doing
- Overseeing academic operations or managing teaching staff.
- Following scripts or engaging in cold outreach; your role is centered on building relationships.
- Sitting behind a computer all day; this position is active, interactive, and public-facing.
- Promoting traditional educational narratives; Novatio thrives on its unique approach, and so will you.
Key Responsibilities
Boost student enrollment and retention by spearheading community outreach, admissions initiatives, and parental engagement, ensuring families feel supported and connected to Novatio.
Candidate Requirements
- Residency in Arizona with the capacity to travel statewide for events.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
- A minimum of 3 years in school or educational leadership roles, including team management and operational oversight.
- Demonstrated success in driving family engagement, enrollment growth, or community partnership projects.
- Proficiency with virtual learning tools, data systems, and digital communication platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting clearly to diverse audiences including families and stakeholders.
- Commitment to Novatio's 2 Hour Learning model, AI-driven instruction, and family-first philosophy.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish or cultural competency with Arizona's Latino-Hispanic communities.
- Experience in charter, online, or alternative schooling environments.
- Track record of success as a founding school leader or within rapidly growing educational settings.
