This role demands a strategic visionary who can harness cutting-edge AI to create operational frameworks that set the gold standard in educational delivery. You'll design systems that ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence across our growing network of campuses while managing the physical buildout of our revolutionary learning environments.

What you will be doing

• Architect and implement sophisticated AI systems that monitor, analyze, and optimize daily campus operations across our national network
• Develop scalable franchise models powered by AI tools that ensure operational consistency while allowing for local market adaptations
• Lead campus buildout projects from initial planning through final occupancy, managing contractors and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Create predictive analytics frameworks that identify operational inefficiencies before they impact performance
• Establish real-time monitoring systems that maintain our exacting standards across all locations

What you will NOT be doing

• Managing academic staff or providing direct educational instruction
• Handling routine parent/student communications or administrative tasks that our AI systems will automate
• Developing educational curriculum content or pedagogical approaches
• Performing day-to-day campus management duties that will be handled by on-site teams

• Exceptional project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
