What you will be doing

• Architect and design AI-driven systems that automate complex software development tasks, including architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding.
• Engage in cutting-edge R&D, stay abreast of AI and software engineering advancements, attend conferences, and collaborate with academic and professional peers to ensure we remain leaders in AI technology adoption.

What you will NOT be doing

• Performing routine maintenance or simple debugging of existing code to fix minor issues.
• Carrying out standard software development tasks that lack AI integration and involve basic coding.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer driving impactful projects.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI code assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev.
• Proven experience in implementing Generative AI solutions or projects.
• Proficiency in using various LLMs, including GPT, Claude, and Mistral, to address business challenges.
