ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of materials to different locations and through different routes; communicate any
obstacles or variances in planned routes to your supervisor - Prepare, Load, and unload the delivery vehicle
- Maintain accurate work records, logs and submit documentation
- Obey traffic laws and regulations in accordance to the Department of Transportation
- A desire/willingness to work variable hours, as the work requires
- Work in a safe manner and follows all safety policies while performing job duties
- Maintain truck and tools are in working order
Requirements:
- Physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV)-including a Standard
Transmission -NO CDL REQUIRED! - Drug screen Test/DOT physical
- Clean driving record (2 years)
- Subject to background check
- Must be willing to travel overnight ( one or two nights a week)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift 75 lbs without accommodations
- Able to use construction equipment (ex. Circular saw & Nail gun)
- Ability to work unsupervised
