Career Driver is hiring qualified CDL Bus and Motorcoach Drivers for professional transportation opportunities across New Jersey, New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Eligible full-time chauffeurs can receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid in installments.

This CDL Bus Driver / Motorcoach Driver position is ideal for experienced, safety-minded drivers who are comfortable operating passenger buses, coach buses, and motorcoaches while delivering dependable, professional, white-glove service. Weekend availability is strongly needed, especially Saturdays, Sundays, and afternoon shifts.

CDL Bus and Motorcoach Pay

CDL drivers: $600 per week, paid per job
29-passenger and coach bus drivers: weekly earning range can reach $2,000–$3,000 per week, including gratuity, depending on trips and schedule
Motorcoach drivers: $1,500 per week
Class C drivers: $1,000–$2,000 per week
Weekly take-home pay varies based on role, completed trips, gratuity, and schedule
$2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time chauffeurs, paid in installments
Additional bonus opportunities available twice per year
