Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides front-line support for patient scheduling, registration, reception, and routine office coordination. Performs standardized tasks that support access to care, including appointment scheduling, data entry, and basic patient communication.
PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

*Greets patients and visitors, provides basic directions, and supports patient access operations by covering different locations or functions as assigned.

*Enters, scans, files, and maintains patient documentation in electronic systems.

*Reviews basic appointment or order information and refers discrepancies for follow-up.

*Supports daily work queues and routine clerical tasks according to defined workflows.

*Follows privacy, safety, and compliance requirements in all patient interactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, clerical, or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred. Meets legal age requirement (19 years of age) to witness patient consents.
