  • Connect product capabilities to critical buyer needs, seller actions, and measurable adoption outcomes.

Who This Role Is For

  • A professional with 7+ years in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, or product marketing.

  • A candidate with a practical, execution-oriented mindset paired with strong commercial instincts.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with product owners and commercialization leadership to translate strategy into go-to-market plans.
  • Coordinate launch plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, and readiness reviews.
  • Support development of product positioning, target audience definitions, and buyer value stories.
  • Serve as an execution partner to Marketing and Sales Enablement, clarifying product needs.
  • Partner with Analytics, Actuarial, and Finance to identify credible proof points for market use.
  • Help translate product analytics into clear, accurate, and audience-relevant value stories.
  • Monitor launch effectiveness, buyer/seller feedback, and adoption performance to identify risks.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, or product marketing.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, payor, employee benefits, B2B, or complex enterprise product initiatives.
  • Ability to translate product and commercialization direction into coordinated plans and execution.
  • Experience working across product, marketing, sales, and analytics in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in using analytics, business cases, or outcome evidence to support value propositions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing market-facing presentations.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive follow-through without formal authority.
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail, distinguishing proven claims from directional evidence.
  • Ability to synthesize product, market, customer, and performance information into clear recommendations.
