What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive service to patients through phone calls, video calls, instructional videos, and in-person visits.
- Provide VIP customer service, including troubleshooting and securing accurate information for equipment transport.
- Explain insurance paperwork, secure required patient signatures using DocuSign, and process field sales paperwork.
- Achieve an average minimum of 30-35 equipment deliveries per month.
- Articulate the features and benefits of product lines while selling to patient customers.
- Maintain clear understanding and adherence to HIPAA rules and compliance regulations.
- Complete inventory of wraps and assets as directed and participate in scheduled team calls.
