What You'll Do
- Execute field operations activities to provide direct support for patient care.
- Deliver VIP customer service through phone, video, or in-person interactions with patients.
- Deliver and pick up durable medical equipment from patient homes or coordinate shipments.
- Explain insurance paperwork and secure required patient signatures accurately.
- Process and submit field sales paperwork with 100% accuracy.
- Achieve an average minimum of 30-35 equipment deliveries per month.
- Articulate features and benefits of product lines to patient customers.
- Maintain clear understanding and adherence to HIPAA rules and compliance regulations.

- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proven ability in VIP customer service and effective verbal and written communication.
