Who This Role Is For

• A Doctor of Pharmacy with a valid state Pharmacist license.
• An experienced professional, preferably with 2-3 years in a pharmacist role.

What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate the delivery of comprehensive pharmacy services.
• Supervise and verify the accuracy of work performed by support personnel.
• Optimize drug therapy through problem identification, resolution, and prevention.
• Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document and report clinical interventions, medication errors, and adverse drug events.
• Participate actively in department quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient care in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist State License (Massachusetts preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience as a practicing Pharmacist is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge across all departmental areas, including IV Admixtures and Drug Distribution.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with pharmacy practice settings, legal requirements, and drug handling.
• Commitment to continuous education, completing 20 CE credits annually.
• Demonstrated ability to assess age-specific patient data and provide appropriate care.
