  • Provide education regarding medications, medical conditions, and health-related concerns.
  • Coordinate patient care with internal and external medical professionals.
  • Accurately accept, document, and carry out verbal orders from medical providers.
  • Provide routine nursing care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure documentation accurately reflects services provided and complies with applicable licensure standards.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership and the broader care team to support quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, in good standing.
  • Two or more years of registered nursing experience preferred.
  • Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and patient-care skills.
  • Compassionate and respectful approach to working with individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including available day and night shifts.
