Post Office workers hold a variety of positions like mail sorters, processors, and processing machine operators. Providing service to customers and handling any complaints, post office jobs involve ensuring that the mail is delivered properly. Working the standard 40 hour work weeks, postal workers must be team work oriented and have excellent communication skills, especially for positions that will interact with customers frequently. For some positions manual labor may be necessary.
